Nice flick. Shows a very compelling side to the graffiti debate. Truly, graffiti owes to artistic instinct that's unabated. However, one cannot understate the municipal workers tasked with the clean-up job, and the strains and stigmas they have to deal with to achieve what is otherwise a basic public service. Wherever one stands on this matter, what matters is that we fully understand the idea of property rights, and that some people do have a claim to their estate, and the authority to keep it in the way they see fit. Part of this is graffiti clean-up, so if anyone seeks and pursues this, then there are services on the ready to provide it.
